PartServe Channel Support has announced that it has partnered with TPV Technology Limited, the world’s largest PC monitor and one of the foremost LCD TV manufacturers. It is now the sole provider of warranty and after sales support for the AOC, Envision and Philips brands in South Africa. TPV’s Tony Yu says the relationship has been a win-win one for both Partserve and TPV till now. “Partserve has a fantastic reputation as the total service solutions provider under one roof. It has an excellent infrastructure of repair and storage facilities.”

“More importantly, Partserve has been authorised as a warranty service provider for many leading MNC brands like Epson, Lenovo, Canon, Mitsubishi, Viewsonic, NEC and Benq to name a few. The company has tremendous technical capability on all platforms and especially on displays,” he explains.

PartServe director Lee Bowes says TPV sets exceptionally high standards for after sales support globally. “We will strive to meet TPV's high expectations with regards to Service Level Agreements. We realise that excellent after sales support is fundamental to any business’s growth and even more so with IT products like PC Monitors or Signage Displays.” PartServe has a wide reach in South Africa with 5 branches at major cities including Johannesburg, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. In addition, they have outsourced service partners across the country. Yu believes better support leads to more aggressive sales and brand awareness in the market. “SLAs are laid, monitored and adhered to as per our global service standards and Partserve has dedicated and loyal team to take care of service calls.”

“All levels of management synchronise and work to achieving one goal, which is to make the customer and sales team happy,” he concludes.
