Company Announcement - With over 20 years experience in the manufacture of equipment for the Mining, Quarrying & Recycling Industries, Tesab Engineering are renowned Aggregate Crushing Specialists. One of only a few privately owned companies in the industry, Tesab are tailored experts and have the advantage of offering a flexible, bespoke service rather than simply mass producing products. This allows Tesab to manufacture reliable, high performance products that are Built to Last - with Tesab machines still operating in the marketplace over 20 years after purchase - providing exceptional Value for Money!

Based in Omagh, Co Tyrone, Tesab manufacture their Crushers around the ability to provide the Lowest Cost per Ton on the market - with cost per ton being the key performance indicator for any crushing operation as it encompasses the complete operation, not just single factors such as fuel consumption or tons per hour. The latest example of this is the new & improved Tesab 800i Jaw Crusher. Based on the proven 10580, the Heavy Duty 800i is now available with an additional pre-screen and has the ability to consistently produce in excess of 400THP!

Designed specifically for the quarry and contractors market, the 800i features a large flywheel to generate high inertia, optimized extra-long ‘nip angle’ jaws ideally suited for hard rock applications and a 1200mm wide discharge belt which streamlines material flow, reduces wear and prevents blockages. Using the highest quality components and parts to ensure excellence and longevity, the 800i uses a T-175-IPS 2 Deck Independent Pre-Screen, an 1100 x 800mm Jaw Crusher unit with Overfill Protection and available with either a fuel efficient 300Hp Scania DC09 Tier III Constant Speed Diesel Engine for the European market and a 440Hp Cat C13 Tier III Diesel Engine for the World market, Tesab have an option to suit all customers. Currently in use with McCabe Earthworks, the 800i has been in use for crushing primary rock at a number of their locations across Ireland and the UK. Mr John McCabe himself is delighted with the features of the new 800i Jaw Crusher and outlined the benefits it is currently bringing to his business:

“As well as improving overall capacity, the new 800i produces the lowest cost per ton on the market and creates a much cleaner product. In this particular application, the 800i is crushing primary rock which is then being fed into the Tesab 1200TC Cone Crusher - the result is an extremely high quality aggregates.” “We have always been more concerned with a steady, continuous production rather than short, high peaks. With the 800i we are averaging 4000 tons over 10 hours which shows visible results.”

Tesab are currently working on a number of new products for the Crushing Industry for next year and plan to unveil new products at Hillhead 2016! Also offering Screeners and Trackstack Bulk Handling Product Range, Tesab have a wide range of solutions to help you get the best out of your business - go to www.tesab.com for more information.
