Global ERP service provider SYSPRO has opened a new office in Kenya to grow its footprint in the East African region and demonstrate its commitment to the company’s local partners and customers.
According to Zaren Ramlugan, SYSPRO Channel Sales Manager for Africa, SYSPRO is delighted to finally put down roots in this thriving region. “This region is growing its manufacturing and distribution sectors at an incredible rate and we want to expand our offerings to grow alongside them and service this fast growing centre of commerce.” He says the local office will allow SYSPRO to get closer to customers and offer support and upgrades.
“ERP is one of the most important decisions a business makes. It is a significant financial investment and a long term commitment. SYSPRO’s differentiator is how we take the time to understand and recognize our customer’s business needs and opening this office is part of our ongoing commitment of support.”
“At SYSPRO we focus on optimizing the business efficiency of manufacturing and distribution customers by ensuring we are always evolving our product suite with the latest innovations to future proof our customers businesses.”
He says SYSPRO has a range of customers in Kenya as well as the rest of the East Africa region, including dairy producers, grain, plastics and packaging as well as paint manufacture and distribution.
SYSPRO has launched a global Gearing for Growth strategy to deepen its presence in the manufacturing and distribution sectors and opening a Kenyan office is also part of the company’s growth strategy in Africa and globally.
