The project involves the construction of a hydrogen production plant, a production plant for renewable fuels and dedicated tank farm.

In addition, new infrastructure and required utility facilities will be installed to allow for feedstock imports, as well as the production and distribution of renewable fuels.

The project is targeting the production of 200 000 t/y of renewable fuels.
