Project Description
The project is a national key water transport infrastructure project in the Dayuandu navigation and hydropower junction.

Designed for 2 0000 t freight carriers, the project involves the construction of a ship lock and fishway, as well as the installation of the associated metal structures.

The project will increase navigation capacity of the junction from 12.6-million tons a year to 24.5-million tons a year.

The contract is valued at ¥698-million.

Duration
The project will take 37 months to complete.

China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) subsidiary Second Harbour Engineering has been awarded the construction contract for the project.
