Savanna City will be South Africa’s largest privately initiated, mixed-use integrated housing development. The 1 462 ha development will include 18 486 housing units, with a minimum of 60% of the units to comply with government’s ‘Breaking New Ground’ strategy. The development will further include 16 schools, eight churches, nine business and retail facilities, 111 public parks and a 400 ha environmental area.

R24.5-billion.

Duration
Construction is expected to start before the end of this year, and will span ten years.
