Richcomm Global Services and DMCC to Host Third Global Commodity Outlook Conference in Dubai

Company Announcement - Richcomm Global Services and DMCC, the Government authority on trade, enterprise and commodities in Dubai, announced today that the third edition of the Global Commodity Outlook Conference  in association with DGCX and Thomson Reuters will be held at Almas Conference Centre in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, on 7 February 2016.Paresh Kotecha, Chairman and Managing Director of Richcomm, said:

"The Global Commodity Outlook Conference is the only industry forum in the world that interrogates the strategic outlook across the commodity spectrum from energy to agriculture and metals. We are confident that this year’s event will address some of the critical issues facing the industry today as well as bringing some new thinking and solutions to the podium”.

The GCOC brings together over 25 economists, analysts and commodity experts from across the globe including Russia, USA, India, South Africa, Canada and Nigeria to address key topics including the status of the global economy, oil prices and recession, agriculture and commodity sector.

Over 440 traders, commodity producing and consuming countries, government policy makers, trade financiers, fund managers alike will convene to discuss and debate the leading issues affecting the global commodity industry today, with particular emphasis on the outlook for commodities and global macro economy in the year ahead. More specifically Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman, DMCC, will be attending the event with Gautam Sashittal, Chief Executive Officer, DMCC, who is to open the conference. Keynote speakers including Omar Khan, Director – International Offices, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Anurag Bhushan, Consul General of India, are also taking to the stage while Hind Al Youha, Director, Foreign Trade Policies Ministry of Economy, UAE, will be representing the Government of Dubai.
