Parker Conflow Demonstrates Latest Technology For Quarries At Hillhead

Parker Conflow, part of Parker Hannifin – the global leader in motion and control technologies, will be exhibiting its innovative range of dust suppression and filtration equipment for quarries and cement plants at the Hillhead exhibition in Derbyshire (28-30 June).
 
Brigitte Pennington, Business Development Manager at Parker Conflow, said: “Safety is vital in quarries and cement plants and dust inhalation can be a major problem.  Responsible quarries are taking notice of HSE guidance and implementing dust suppression systems to reduce risks association with Respirable Crystalline Silica.  We will be demonstrating both our dust suppression and filtration products, suitable for operating in harsh, dusty quarry environments, at Hillhead.”
 
She added: “Many of our customers operate in hard to reach, remote areas and so the reliability of equipment is essential. At Hillhead we will be showcasing how all our solutions are able to achieve industry-leading performance and deliver great value for money.”
 
For the past 60 years, Parker Conflow has been providing products and services that help to protect workers in the mining and quarrying industry internationally. The company also provides fire suppression and water control equipment in more than 30 countries across the world.
