Established in 1976, P Beulich Sheet Metal Manufacturers is situated at 46 Lower Germiston road, in Heriotdale, Johannesburg, and occupies a total of 4 500 m2 of factory floor space. The company boasts SANS ISO 9001/2008 accreditation for quality management and has a staff complement of 60.

P Beulich Sheet Metal manufacturers offers its customers a one-stop-turn-key service and specialises in all advanced processes related to the competitive market of precision sheet-metal manufacturing, including laser cutting, guillotining, computer numerically controlled punching, bending, shearing, notching, spotwelding, carbon dioxide and TIG welding, grinding, powder coating, electroplating and assembly.

Using mild steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, 3CR12 steel, stainless steel, copper and brass, the company manufactures electronic enclosures, control boxes, brackets, chassis and heat sinks, besides other products, and caters mainly for the electronic, security, communication, mining, electrical, banking and allied industries. Also on offer is an extensive range of standard metal boxes that are continually upgraded and expanded.

The delivery of a continual seal machine is expected this month from Germany, which will ensure an IP65 rating on all enclosures where required.
