On Budget and on Time?
The project has been experiencing delays, owing to the National Energy Regulator of South Africa’s tariff model not working for projects requiring new capital outlay, says Grindod CEO Alan Olivier.

New tariff regulations are expected to be announced in May this year, which will allow for the construction of the facility.
