Engineering solutions provider Bearing Man Group (BMG) will showcase its recently launched portable filtration systems – transfer diesel units and particle counters, for which diesel and lubricant oil are suitable – at Nampo Harvest Day.

BMG will also exhibit its agricultural range of ‘Smart Farming’ components in the Santam Agri Hall on stands 15 and 16, from May 13 to 16, in Bothaville, Free State.

Included in BMG’s agricul- tural range is a wide variety of wear parts, including bearings, seals, adhesives and gaskets, harvester and planter chains, as well as gearboxes suitable for agriculture equipment, electric motors and inverters. The range also includes vehicle-power takeoff shafts and accessories, tie rod cylinders, drive belts and pulleys, couplings, fasteners and hand and power tools.

BMG power transmission product manager Carlo Beukes says that the company supplies branded products that are compatible with original-equipment-manufacturer (OEM) specifications. “BMG’s extensive range of engi- neering components has been selected for farmers by the com- pany’s team of agricultural experts. All components ensure improved performance – even in tough oper- ating conditions – and also offer extended service life,” he says.

“BMG knows the value of using high-quality replacement parts and we encourage farmers to avoid installing inferior-quality components. The company is committed to supplying quality-guaranteed products that can replace worn-out OEM or old mechanical parts at a lower price than the original equipment product, with no compromise on quality,” says Beukes.

For instance, he explains that BMG offers a corn-picker chain at a lower price than the OEM part. “All products supplied by BMG conform to relevant international quality assurance and specification [standards],” says Beukes.

“There is a difference between supplying a cheap and inferior product way below market price ande supplying a good-quality product at a competitive, affordable price. Owing to the inherent quality aspects of all BMG products, it is vital to know that BMG only supplies quality, branded products at an acceptable price,” he notes.

The company’s agricultural catalogue is a practical guide for farmers and spare part dealers, which focuses on all wear parts and components available from BMG. There are illustrations and easy-to-follow charts to assist famers in the correct identification and selection of the appropriate component for every application.

Immediate availability of a comprehensive range of quality, branded products and technical support, as well as a total solutions offering service, sets the company apart in the agricultural community.

BMG’s products are engineered to improve productivity in the farming sector, to operate effi- ciently for extended periods and to reduce costs in the long term.
