Sales are the lifeblood of every business, and sales teams are evaluated by their ability to turn leads into customers. This is often a challenging and time-consuming process that doesn’t always lead to deals being closed. However, with the benefit of technology, the proposal-to-deal process can be sped up and enhanced significantly.

Gary Epstein, MD of EasyBiz Technologies, delves into how arduous the sales cycles can be, and how technology can improve and simplify the process.

Business Cloud software solutions provider, EasyBiz Technologies, has entered into a partnership with deal closure platform, MiClient, to expand its scope of software solutions and continue to fulfill its mission to help small, medium and growing businesses succeed through the power of technology and innovation. The partnership between EasyBiz and MiClient will bring new online solutions to existing and new clients to provide continuous enhancements to their businesses.

MiClient was founded by experienced sales leaders who recognised the need for a new generation of sales solutions to address the rapid changes brought on by the evolution of digital buyers and sellers. The platform automates client interaction processes with improved proposal conversion.

Statistics show that:

  • 70% of a sales teams’ time is spent on existing deals – sending delayed proposals, tracking prospects on Excel, and missing follow-ups and reverts.
  • It takes, on average, 28 days to close an opportunity – due to daily proposal to-dos, over-reliance on emails, and working across multiple systems.
  • 80% of sales managers do not have proposal funnel visibility – they have no view of average deal cycle times, have to attend frequent review meetings, and often miss weekly outcomes.

More than ever, there is a need for sales proposal automation. The demand for configure-price-quote software is growing fast as more businesses need to sell online. With MiClient, businesses can set up intelligent sales and accelerate revenue with this unified deal closure platform and complete sales lifecycle management solution.

“The platform is suitable for all businesses with sales teams that want to streamline and automate the sales process, manage pipelines, create proposals, send and co-review deals, and close contracts on one platform,” says Swati Sharma - Co-Founder & CEO at MiClient.

The software can help businesses to centralise information on one platform, thereby, achieving higher productivity and efficiency in sales teams.

MiClient works with the world’s most effective sales teams, continually learning from their evolving sales process and results, thus allowing the organisation to optimise its customers’ sales process and performance. The company supports this with the commitment to product innovation that keeps customers and businesses at the forefront. Companies can sign up for a free trial or buy the product online at EasyBiz Tech.

EasyBiz Technologies provides business software products for Accountants and SMEs, as well as start-up, growing and larger businesses. The company is the sole provider of MiClient in South Africa. This is a new venture for EasyBiz as it seeks to expand its product offering to business clients in South Africa, and to continuously offer more support to companies through technology.
