Situated in the city centre, Pullman Cape Town aims to offer convenience and luxury for business and leisure travellers alike. The establishment is said to embody a fusion of natural beauty, cultural heritage and urban vibrancy.

As the first Pullman property in South Africa under the Accor brand, the hotel says it offers a blend of international and local food and beverage options across its four in-house restaurants and bars.

Spearheaded by its new director of food and beverage Raynor Damons, and newly appointed executive chef Jerome Peters, Pullman says it has taken a bold approach to fresh, new, local, and sustainable flavours and experiences.

The hotel has adapted its dining options to the needs of health-conscious and time-sensitive travellers. Guests can enjoy a variety of offerings, including pastries, gourmet sandwiches, a-la-carte menus, after-work tapas, signature cocktails and boutique South African wines sourced from sustainable and ethical wine farms, 60% of which are run by women.

Pullman’s Sea Street Lounge coffee shop offers a range of pastries, gourmet sandwiches, and snacks and can be used as a ‘plug in’ spot for business people looking for a workstation.

The Ghibli Bar is located above the cityscape and features a swimming pool, bar, music and views of the city below.

The hotel offers a signature breakfast and unlimited coffee, along with fusion cuisine infused with Cape Malay flavours that reflect a local touch with global inspirations.

The diverse menu is available round the clock, making it a convenient in-room dining option. Pullman Cape Town has also introduced a newly designed wine list in 2024, with wines selected to pair with the menu and sourced ethically, sustainably and locally.

The Piano Lounge is another dining option that includes a premium whisky collection, cocktail menu, sweet and savoury tapas, and music to create a jazz bar ambience catering to local Cape Townians and travellers.

Pullman says its renovated meetings and event spaces now provide guests access to fresh, gourmet menus that can be tailored to suit the needs of any function, whether a banquet, gala dinner or conference. The hotel has a newly designed banquet and event offering with a day conference package option that is said to offer a blend of elegance and playful charm.

Guests can also access the added benefit of earning ALL Accor Live Limitless points whenever they dine at one of the hotel’s in-house restaurants.
