A new line-up of high-resolution monitors is now available, said to deliver excellent picture quality and enhanced comfort with advanced ergonomic design.

Samsung offers 12 different high-resolution monitors across three series, namely the S8, S7 and S6. All models deliver more than 1-billion colours, designed to deliver a vivid and vibrant image, enhanced by High Dynamic Range (HDR) 10 technology. The displays feature colour vividness and clarity through a 178°-wide viewing angle designed for professional work environments and to deliver optimal viewing from any angle.

All monitors are Intelligent Eye Care certified from TUV Rheinland, the first in the industry to receive this recognition.

Samsung highlights five key advantages offered by the high-resolution monitors in its 2021 line-up:

  • Design that allows for convenient usage, including height-adjustable stand and screen pivot, swivel and tilt options
  • Intelligent eye-care to help reduce strain
  • Adaptive picture automatically adjusts brightness and colour temperature to one of 42 levels, in response to surrounding conditions
  • Eye saver mode reduces blue light emissions, which can cause eye strain
  • Flicker free feature designed to protect user’s eyes by minimising on-screen flickering
  • Sharp vivid display with high-resolution
  • More versatile connectivity options, including USB-C type connection and LAN port
  • Eco-friendly certified innovations

“Our 2021 High-Resolution line-up delivers dazzling picture quality and powers enhanced performance, all the while ensuring user comfort with a streamlined, eco-conscious design,” enthuses Samsung South Africa Visual Displays head Nivash Ramsern.
