Wacker Neuson  (0.25 MB)

Company Announcement - The gasoline-driven floor saws from Wacker Neuson were revised and now offer additional benefits for end users and contractors. It was possible to reduce the hand-arm vibrations even further, which makes longer operating times and fatigue-free working possible. In addition, the high quality equipment is characterised by its performance and durability.

The new floor saw series from Wacker Neuson includes the four models BFS 735, BFS 940, BFS 1345 and BFS 1350 with blade diameters from 350 to 500 millimeters. They offer even lower hand-arm vibrations that are now below the exposure level of 5 m/s² specified by the EU. This value makes it possible to operate the equipment for up to 8 hours per day. Lower HAV values also make work easier for the operator. The wheel base was also optimised: a wide track with a short wheel center distance offers optimal stability and good controllability. All models are equipped with high quality Honda gasoline engines. The new models also benefit from a long service life thanks to the lifetime-lubricated bearings. No re-lubrication of the bearings is therefore necessary, maintenance jobs take place less frequently and operating times are extended.

The gasoline-driven floor saws generally have strong performance features: they have a high cutting stability and yet are easy to guide. The full-frame chassis is constructed from high tensile strength steel. This has the advantage of a high rigidity of the frame without increasing the weight. The floor saws run quietly and sturdily, even at maximum cutting speed. The center of gravity is located precisely over the cutting axle. The cutting force of the blade is therefore maximised in combination with an optimal coordination of the torque. The performance of the floor saws from Wacker Neuson is therefore 20 per cent higher than with comparable equipment.

Through the infinitely adjustable cutting depth from 120 to 195 millimeters, the gasoline-driven floor saws from Wacker Neuson achieve a high quality and clean cut in various materials. The double-face water sprinkling ensures a long service life of the blade and therefore saves costs.

The gasoline-driven floor saws are ergonomic and comfortable to use. The handle grip can be adjusted to the size of the operator without using tools and therefore allows for less fatigue-prone work. Long wet cut phases are made possible by the water tank, which, with 20 liters for the smallest model BFS 735 or 32 liters for all other models, is the largest tank in this class of gasoline-driven floor saws. At the same time, the models from Wacker Neuson are among the lightest equipment in its class, which additionally optimises handling and transport.
