Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems (MHPS) have been awarded a full turnkey contract for the construction of the plant. MHPS will supply the main components, while MC will supply the rest of the components and conduct inland transportation, as well as civil engineering and installation works.
