The logistics park will be established on a 200 000 m² site. The logistics and warehousing facilities will comprise 100 000 m², the balance dedicated to retail. The projects hope to attract large national logistics and retail tenants.

The total estate could create 2 400 permanent jobs and generate R45-million a year in rates income for the city.
