The project will be developed at the N2 Business Estate on the northern ridge of the Cornubia mixed-use development, located between King Shaka International Airport and the City of Durban, in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Client
M&F Giuricich Developments and Fortress Property Fund.

Project Description
The logistics park will be established on a 200 000 m2 site. The logistics and warehousing facilities will comprise 100 000 m2, the balance dedicated to retail. The projects hope to attract large national logistics and retail tenants.

Jobs to be Created
The total estate could create 2 400 permanent jobs and generate R45-million a year in rates income for the city.
