JSE-listed Murray & Roberts (M&R) Holdings on Thursday announced that it had entered into an agreement to dispose of its shareholding in transport infrastructure management, operations and maintenance service provider Tolcon.

This was in line with the group’s focus on its core capabilities of engineering and construction, M&R said in a statement.

The sale was still subject to Competition Commission and other approvals.
