Paper and packaging company Mondi announced on Tuesday that Peter Oswald would be appointed as an executive director from January 1.

Oswald is currently CEO of the Europe & International division.

"Peter has made a tremendous contribution to the Mondi group and his role is of vital importance to our future success. We are delighted to welcome him as director," joint chairperson John Parker said.
