Andritz has received an order from Metsä Tissue to modernise and upgrade the existing DIP line.

Andritz will upgrade the pulping process with a new detrashing system to increase pulp quality through early removal of nondisintegrated reject materials. In the three-stage coarse screening process, three new screens with the latest slotted screen baskets and a cleaner plant will be installed to ensure efficient removal of coarse contaminants and minimum fibre loss.
