OPEN DOORS AT THE MB PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT TO REVEAL THE WORLDWIDE BEST SELLER CRUSHER BUCKET SECRETS
Within 15 years since its establishment, MB CRUSHER has completely revolutionized crushing concepts: with its crushers directly applicable to heavy equipment machines MB has dramatically changed the logic approach to work, unfolding unthinkable scenarios. The range over the years has expanded and the Crusher buckets have been joined by the most innovative models of screening buckets, drum cutters and grapples creating the largest range of construction and recycling machineries and accessories in the market.
For the first time in history MB opens the doors of its manufacturing department and tells it all through the images of an exciting short film. A project that has been able to grasp the essence of the founders original idea -to combine excellent quality raw materials, technological innovation and human passion - these led the company to be today in thousands construction sites located in more than 100 countries in the world. For its peculiarities and the reduction of site management costs, MB has proven the best choice, in emerging territories involved in the construction of primary infrastructure and urbanization as well as historically developed countries that consistently address redevelopment issues of former industrial areas and construction of new residential districts.
Inside the new Headquarters of Fara Vicentino, an area of over 17,000 square meters, the skilled hands of MB craftsmen and the latest machinery, shape raw materials to create a masterpiece 100% Made in Italy.
"To ensure a higher quality product MB has chosen HARDOX". The path begin with the plasma cutting of large plates, which surprises for its precision and efficiency. The journey is characterized by the symbiosis between man and machine throughout the entire production process; as the thorough cleaning process of each cut part and subsequent bending stage where it showcases the skill of the team MB. The machines become extensions of man's arms to realize all the individual parts which will be subsequently arc soldered and pre-assembled.
"One cannot remain impressed by the charm of the welding line." The quality control is manual and always entrusted to the experienced eyes of the team, however the technologically advance robotic machines are the one to leave you speechless. You can lose size and weight perception while spectating at the dance that these machines enact every day, 24/7. Blazed lights enhance the edges of MB products while they take shape. The matter seems to change status from simple iron, evolving to become an MB.
A careful sandblasting phase, cleaning and subsequent painting and the bucket assumes its recognizable iconic deep black MB color. Strictly manually done with water based paint, a clear sign of extreme precision and one of the company actions aimed to protect the environment.
The bucket begins now to take shape, but to become a MB unit the road is still long and it carry on with the assembly phase of the various components, that will create the most performing bucket crusher in the world. A rigorous under stress acceptance test certifies the quality of the product. The bucket can then "wear " the characteristic MB yellow color, with the application of high-strength reflective decals.
Like in every stage of the manufacturing, quality control at the end checks over 500 parameters to ensure the crushing power of MB.
