The project proposes the construction of a greenfield, five-star hotel in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
The hotel will comprise 174 rooms on 14 floors and three additional floors. The first floor will include a lobby with a reception area, a bar and two gardens; the second floor, two ballrooms and meeting rooms; and the third floor, a restaurant, swimming pool and spa.

The project is estimated at $31.3-million.
