Alliance Sensors Group  (0.08 MB)

Alliance Sensors Group, a div of H.G. Schaevitz LLC, has expanded its linear position sensor line with the new LA-19-A series of industrial AC-LVDTs (Linear Variable Differential Transformers). These high precision linear sensors are contactless inductive devices designed for industrial and commercial user and OEM applications in the factory automation, general industrial, and test and measurement markets. The LA-19-A AC-LVDTs feature infinite resolution, excellent linearity, and a wide operating temperature range, making them ideal for a wide variety of OEM position sensing applications where flexibility is important.

Features:

0.75 inch (19 mm) OD SS body

11 ranges from ±0.050 to ±10.0 inches (±1.27 to ±254.0 mm)

-55 to 105 C operating temperature

Good stroke-to-length ratios

“Alliance Sensors Group has for many years been known for its AC-LVDTs and popular push button calibrated LVDT signal conditioners. We are excited about moving further into the general industrial marketplace with our newly expanded AC-LVDT product lines.” says Harold Schaevitz, President and CEO of Alliance Sensor Group.

LA-19-A series miniature AC-LVDTs operate from a nominal 3 Vrms, 2.5 - 3.3 kHz excitation source. They are packaged in a 0.750 inch (19 mm) OD SS housing with 12-inch leads and are offered with either an imperial or metric threaded 0.250 inch (6.4 mm) diameter core that works in a 0.313 inch (8 mm) ID bore. When mated with ASG’s SC-200 DIN-rail-mountable industrial AC-LVDT signal conditioner, an LA-19-A series LVDT becomes part of a complete position measurement solution, especially where installation space is at a premium.

ASG’s AC-LVDTs are also available in larger body and longer range versions, including the LA-9.5, LHA-19-A, LHA-19-R, LA-20.6, LA-21, LA-25, and LA-27 series. For more information, go to www.alliancesensors.com
