Project Description
The project forms part of the DTI’s Revitalisation of Industrial Parks Programme. Isithebe is one of the ten industrial parks that has been prioritised as part of the programme.

The first phase of the project includes the security infrastructure upgrade, fencing, street lighting and critical electricity requirements.

Jobs to be Created
A large variety of industries operating from Isithebe significantly contribute to the economy of the area, providing 15 000 to 20 000 jobs.

The project is valued at R49-million.
