Automation Experts, Invertek’s sales partner for Greece and Cyprus, is to demonstrate the firm’s variable frequency drives at Syskevasia 16 which is being held in Athens from October 8 to 11. Invertek’s P2 and E3 drives will be on show at “Reference Point” – the 15th International Packaging, Machines, Printing & Logistics Exhibition taking place at the Metropolitan ExpoCenter.
George Kelaidis, General Manager at Automation Experts, said: “We attended this event when it was last held two years ago and I am delighted we are going to exhibit there again as the Greek market is expanding all the time and this will provide a further opportunity for us to show the benefits of variable frequency drives to many sectors.
“At the four-day event, we will show visitors the capabilities of the P2 and E3 drives, both of which have excellent energy-saving credentials that can really help companies save on their fuel consumption and cut their own operating costs.”
Rhdyian Welson, Sales and Marketing Director for Invertek, said: “Our general purpose drives have a world-wide reputation for providing precise motor control that’s really simple to install and commission. The E3 takes this ethos one step further by enabling more applications than ever before to take advantage of our expertise.
“Available in four frame sizes, Optidrive E3 offers the exceptional reliability, extreme ease of installation and precise motor control while also being compatible with global supply voltages for motor control up to 22kW (30hp) so is perfect for the Greek market.
“Also on display will be the Optidrive P2 variable frequency drive which provides 150% overload for 60 seconds as standard, ensuring each drive is suitable for heavy duty applications and can offer IP55 and IP66 protection,” he added.
