Project Description
The project entails the development of a 35 000 m2 A-grade office park in Parktown, Johannesburg, and will comprise four buildings.

The first building will have a subdivisible gross lettable area of 6 800 m2.

The office park will include green spaces, water features and a coffee shop, as well as pedestrian crossings to help people reach their bus stops safely and additional vehicle turning lanes to keep traffic flowing.

Additional amenities include backup power generation and water supply, dry cleaning services, windshield repairs, tyre/battery services and replacements, a car wash facility and a cellular service provider, as well as business and performance coaching and training.

The office park is expected to be completed by 2019.

The first of the four buildings will be completed in June 2016.
