Project Description
The project involves the construction of a new factory in Narayanganji, comprising 50 sewing lines, washing facilities and embellishment capabilities.

The factory will increase Epyllion’s cutting and sewing capacity from 25-million pieces of knitted garments a year to 43-million pieces a year.

The facility will be a seven-storey building with an aggregated area of 13.28-million cubic metres.

The building will be divided into four blocks – warehouse, production admin and main production, central administration and utilities.

The main operations at the facility will include knitting, cutting, sewing, finishing and packaging, along with limited automatic screen printing.

The project is estimated at $30-million.

Duration
Construction on the facility is expected to begin in July 2015, with commissioning by July 2017.
