Attached please find a press release on: Liberty has concluded a deal with Total Health Trust (THT), a health insurance company in Nigeria. The deal has been structured to allow Liberty to purchase an initial equity stake of 35% in THT. Liberty will buy up equity in tranches that will see it increasing its stake in THT to 51% over the next 3 years.
