Attached please find a press release on: Guy Harris has been appointed, as an independent non-executive director, to the Board of Directors at Booyco Engineering, specialists in the design and development of custom-made air handling systems for special applications. Harris, a qualified chartered accountant, is the facilitator of the Manufacturing Circle and regional manager for Western, Eastern and Northern Cape for Blueprint, an economic development consultancy. He is registered on the NEF and SEDA mentor databases and is the facilitator for Executive Global Network’s first CFO group in South Africa.
