These are just some of the diverse projects that Grinaker-LTA is currently busy with in the Eastern Cape. This year also marks the contractor's eighth year of work at the Coega Industrial Development Zone in Port Elizabeth.

Leon Petrie, Grinaker-LTA Building's Eastern Cape general manager, elaborates: "Grinaker-LTA is proud to have been working in the Coega Industrial Development Zone (IDZ) since 2002, when we started our first project there, for facilities in the construction village, including a multi-purpose hall, resource centre, sports and administration centres." Grinaker-LTA's latest project at the Coega IDZ entailed the construction of a new, specialised warehouse with offices, ablutions and a boiler house for Cape Concentrate.
