Attached please find a press release on: Eskom Acacia Substation Upgrade has been completed on time for the 2010 Soccer World Cup, as promised by the utility. The R200 million upgrade project started late in September 2009 and the successful commissioning of the 3rd transformer took place towards end of May 2010, despite limited time available.
