Professional Best Achievement: That, at the age of 35, I was given the opportunity to manage a company that employs more than 150 people worldwide

Person Who Has Had the Biggest Influence on Your Life: My parents

Person Who Has Had the Biggest Influence on Your Career: Robert H Stubblebine, former CEO of InfiNet Wireless – he taught me so much and helped me gain a lot of experience so that I could become who I am today

Person You Would Most Like to Meet: Film director David Lynch – he is a genius

Businessperson Who Has Impressed You Most: Elon Musk

Philosophy of Life: I strongly believe that you work to live, and not live to work. For this reason, I am intent on creating an environment where incredibly talented individuals can come to work, enjoy what they do and then go home to enjoy time with their family and friends

Biggest Ever Opportunity: My current position

Biggest Ever Disappointment: The decision, taken about ten years ago, to stop manufacturing Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, or WiMax, infrastructure and go wireless instead. At the time, the larger businesses felt that wireless was the way to go, so the smaller companies followed suit. I listened to the market and, instead of going with my gut, I followed the trend. Looking back, this was the wrong decision
