JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Michiel Jakobus Brönn has resigned as COO of Coal of Africa (CoAL).

This follows after the Financial Services Board recently having fined him R350 000 for insider trading.

Brönn will forfeit all share-based incentive awards and shall not be entitled to receive any bonus payments for the financial year ending June 30.
