Cabling clips engineered to fasten cables beneath a photovoltaic (PV) solar module frame are regarded as essential for organising and securing AC and DC cables in all types of solar power systems.

Specialist PV solar turnkey supplier Valsa Trading says its cable management clips are manufactured from highly durable and corrosion resistant stainless steel. The clips are the latest addition to the company’s range of solar components and can accommodate both 4 mm and 6 mm cables.

Valsa says the clips complement its range of SANS-approved BETAflamR Solar 125 flex UL/EN cabling, designed and manufactured to the exacting standards required by the solar industry.

Incorporating the cable management clips in an installation process helps to achieves a tidier and more aesthetically pleasing appearance, while also safeguarding against hazardous cable sagging and bending.

Each clip can hold between two to four cables, enabling adaptability across various applications especially when combined with ground lugs. The installation process helps to ensure a quick, safe and professional installation especially when working on potentially dangerous rooftops.

The management clips are designed to simplify the installation and management of expansive arrays of solar panels, allowing for the easy configuration of string combinations. With the flexibility to be installed on frame thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 2 mm, the cable management clips are said to provide fast, easy cable installation, ensuring ease of access for upgrades or repairs.
