Chicago Pneumatic eagerly kicked off its second Mining & Technical Exhibition (MTE) participation for 2019 at the MTE Lephalale, Limpopo, on the 21st of February. With extensive experience at the MTEs, the company arrived geared with the winning formula of product expertise, warm smiles and a high-performance CPPG5 generator to giveaway.

“Chicago Pneumatic was thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase our vast generator capabilities at the Lephalale MTE,” states Katlego Ntsie from Chicago Pneumatic Electrical Compressor. “Chicago Pneumatic prides itself on its exceptional product and service excellence suite and we were keen to giveaway one of our efficient generators to an MTE attendee through our lucky draw.”

The advanced petrol-driven generator is equipped with premium quality components to deliver a continuous electric output and stable operation, which enables customers to efficiently and timeously complete tasks. The robust generator also assists customers in saving power, minimising fuel consumption and delivers extended service life. “Our innovative CPPG5 generator has been designed to aid customers in two of the most critical points of business - minimising operation stand still and maximising productivity,” notes Ntsie.

The Chicago Pneumatic exhibit stood out from the crowd with its eye-catching red and black colours and drew visitors who were excited to view the generator.

Numerous enquiries were received about the rugged generators capabilities. “It is always rewarding to have face-to-face interactions with people as it affords us the opportunity to provide in-depth information on our products and also see first-hand the market’s reaction to our generator. Everyone is a potential customer and therefore we are always ready to put our best foot forward,” says Ntsie.

When the time arrived for the lucky draw, Christopher Lesiba from Exxaro emerged as the winner. “Although we had to end the MTE early due to heavy winds, it was a highly productive and interactive day,” affirms Ntsie.

Chicago Pneumatic is an avid participant in the MTEs as it provides a perfect platform for the company to travel across South Africa and its neighbouring countries, spreading information about its products and gaining a thorough understanding of how customers’ needs vary in different areas. According to Ntsie, thanks to the MTEs, Chicago Pneumatic is able to delve into previously untapped parts of southern Africa and showcase their turnkey solutions portfolio.

“Chicago Pneumatic is focused on expanding our footprint across Sothern Africa and strengthening existing and building new customer relationships. As a company we are passionate about providing customers with generator solutions to assist them in growing their businesses, and therefore we are constantly working on improving our product and service offering. We endeavour to be our customers preferred generator partner.

Chicago Pneumatic is all set for a fruitful year of MTEs and keenly await our participation at the upcoming exhibitions,” concludes Ntsie.
