The new 23-storey twin-towers will be the tallest structure in the country once completed.

The building, which will be developed on 42 000 m², will involve 480 apartments serving as SOHO (small office, home office), modern office facilities, conference and dining rooms, a gymnasium, a basketball stadium and swimming pools, and 260 parking bays.
