The Two Oceans Marathon, which is regarded as “the world’s most beautiful marathon”, takes place every year in Cape Town over the Easter weekend. This year’s race race will take place on 26 March 2016, comprising a 56km Ultra Marathon via Chapman's Peak, Hout Bay and Constantia Nek, and the 21km Half Marathon which is in its 18th year.

On Good Friday, 25 March, there will be a 12km and 22km Trail Run traversing the slopes of Devil’s Peak and nearby forests above UCT, an International Friendship Run where runners from all over the world get into the marathon spirit by proudly displaying their national flags, as well as a number of Fun Runs for the whole family.
