The Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (Brics) New Development Bank (NDB) has started the process of recruiting staff from its member States.

The bank called on persons from the Brics countries to submit applications through its website.

The NDB expected to recruit around 100 people by the end of this year, with all job openings to be advertised on the bank's website in a staggered manner.

The bank had already advertised its 11 most senior positions at the director-general level, as well as positions at the young professionals and junior professionals levels.
