Bearing Man Group (BMG) has enhanced its certification as a broad-based black economic- empowerment (BBBEE) level 6 contributor to achieve recognition as a level 5 contributor.
“This accredited status level means BMG has a BBBEE procurement recognition level of 80%. In essence, customers can recognise 80% of their expenditure with BMG towards their own preferential procurement spend in their scorecards,” says BMG sales director Ian King.
BMG is a subsidiary of Invicta Holdings.
“The R116-million BEE shareholding deal with aloeCap and the Humulani Investments Share Incentive Trust was a crucial milestone in BMG’s journey towards successful black participation in our group.
“It provides exciting opportunities that stimulate future growth of our business to the benefit
of customers, stakeholders and staff.
