Two new alternate directors have been appointed to the board of heavy-equipment manufacturer Bell Equipment.

The JSE-listed manufacturer announced on Tuesday that Leon Goosen and Andre Richard McDuling have been appointed to the board, with immediate effect.

They had replaced Michael Campbell and Paul Bell.
