Project Description
The project will increase the gasoline production capacity of the Basra refinery through the installation of a new fluid catalytic cracking unit and associated units, such as a visbreaker and a hydrotreating and hydrogen plant.

The development is part of the Iraqi government’s long-term plan to meet increasing future demand for hydrocarbon products.
