Bruce Morton as its special projects and construction executive director.

Morton is a transportation and engineering specialist with extensive experience in airport, road and rail design, project management and construction management, traffic engineering and transportation planning. He had also previously been responsible for business development of airport infrastructure worldwide at engineering and management firm Aurecon.

Further, Basil Read had appointed Johann Doms, who was previously also an associate at Aurecon, as its technical manager of special projects.
