Switzerland-based aviation company ExecuJet Aviation Group is experiencing a bumper quarter, having added ten new aircraft to its global managed fleet.

The new additions include two Bombardier Global 6000 aircraft and one Dassault Falcon 7X, which were added to the European fleet, bringing the total number of each type of aircraft in the worldwide fleet to seven.

“Long-range aircraft, such as the Bombardier Global 6000 and Dassault Falcon 7X, are proving very popular and we are emerging as one of the world’s largest operators of both aircraft types,” says ExecuJet Aviation Services president Gerrit Basson.

He adds that ExecuJet’s charter fleet is also continuing to grow, with the addition of two managed aircraft available for charter – a Dassault Falcon 2000S in Billund, Denmark, and a Bombardier Challenger 604 in Sydney, Australia.

“As we continue to receive positive feedback and referrals from our clients, we expect our managed and charter fleets to expand further in the coming months,” he says, adding that, as the business aviation market recovers, ExecuJet expects charter aircraft to remain popular.

“Nonetheless, we are also seeing the global market recovery reflected across the breadth of our fleet, from turboprops to rotor aircraft, with a range of additions including a Beechcraft King Air 350 and an Airbus AS350 B3e helicopter in Africa.”
Basson adds that the company’s managed fleet in Asia is also seeing growth, with significant interest in ExecuJet’s aircraft management offering in Asia.
