Property developer Abland, in joint venture with Arun, one of the global leaders in wireless local area networks and secure mobility solutions, is building a R160-million office park in Tyger Valley, in the Western Cape.

The office park, called Avanti, is now 95% complete and boasts 2 183 m² of retail space and 6 272 m² of office space, divided into four floors in each building. It also offers two towers with lettable space of 3 824 m² and 4 500 m2. The development is well suited either to house a single tenant in each tower or for multitenant letting.

Customers visiting Avanti for retail purposes will be able to enjoy the convenience of 45 open parking bays. There is an additional 380 bays for retailers and staff working in the office blocks.

Abland marketing manager Ton Veen says that despite facing numerous challenges during construction, including the wettest year recorded in 50 years, the team behind the Avanti office park development has managed to create an attractive and functional development that is set to be a landmark of excellence on the Tyger Valley business landscape.
