JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Mike Arnold will retire as FD of African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) on December 10, after eight years in the role.

In the months to come, he will work with his successor Abigail Mukhuba, to ensure a smooth handover process.

Mukhuba, who is currently the mining company’s CFO, will start in her new role on December 11.

Arnold would also remain on as an nonexecutive director on the company’s board, providing consulting services.

ARM chairperson Patrice Motsepe thanked Arnold, who has been employed at the company for 18 years in various capacities, for his “good work”.
