Project Description
The project entails the construction of a 203 MW combined-cycle, dual-fuel power plant.

$552-million. This comprises $134-million in equity from the sponsor group, which includes Endeavor, AFG, Aldwych, Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund 2, or PAIDF2, managed by Harith General Partners, and the ARM-Harith Infrastructure Fund.

The balance of funding ($418-million) will be provided by the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, which will provide a $250-million loan; the CDC group, which will provide an $83-million loan; and Nedbank Limited and Rand Merchant Bank, which will provide $85-million.
