JSE-listed industrial gas and welding products group African Oxygen (Afrox) has appointed Frikkie Kotzee to succeed Cor van Zyl as financial director.
Van Zyl retired as financial director of the group at the end of February.
Afrox MD Tjaart Kruger would act as interim financial director until the end of March, when Kotzee would take up the position.
