JSE-listed Afrox has appointed Dorian Devers CFO and Bernd Eulitz chairperson.

Devers, who was also Linde Group Africa and UK region FD, took up the position of CFO and executive director on May 28.

Eulitz, who would succeed outgoing chairperson Michael Huggon, would take up his new position on June 1. He was a board member of Linde Group and head of Linde Group’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

This was the latest management change, following on the January resignation of former MD Brett Kimber, who was, this month, succeeded by Schalk Venter.

Afrox was restructuring its operations after posting a 62% year-on-year decrease in headline earnings a share for the 2014 financial year.

Meanwhile, Afrox also announced on Friday that nonexecutive director David Lawrence had resigned after serving on the board for nine years.
