Telecommunications network projects company Africa Cellular Towers on Wednesday stated that it would finalise a black economic-empowerment (BEE) transaction early next year.

The company stated that the successful conclusion and implementation of the BEE transaction was of great importance to its electrical transmission initiative.

Africa Cellular Towers advised shareholders to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities, until a detailed announcement was made at the end of January.
