Company Annoucement - Special focus issues for 2015 include: “Power Management EOS/ESD” and “EDA EOS/ESD Tools Best Practices and Experiences”. IEW 2015 strongly encourages submission of novel use of EDA tools and methods for IC and system level EOS/ESD verification and simulation. The ESD Association is now soliciting presentation abstracts for the 9th annual International Electrostatic Discharge Workshop. The Workshop will be held May 4-7, 2015 at the Granlibakken Conference Center & Lodge in Lake Tahoe, CA.
The 9th annual workshop has added two special attention focus issues for IEW 2014 which include: “Power Management EOS/ESD” and “EDA EOS/ESD Tools Best Practices and Experiences” In addition, submissions are encouraged in the following areas: System-Level ESD/EOS Issues; Failure Analysis Techniques; ESD Test Characterization, Methods, & Issues; Novel On-Chip Protection Clamps and Circuit Configurations; Anomalous ESD Issues; Technology Integration Issues.
In keeping with the informal character of this workshop, the abstract should be in the form of a short powerpoint presentation, including a summary slide and 5 additional slides; with representative data and figures that will be the foundation for the poster to be presented at the workshop. Abstracts should be emailed in pdf format to iew@esda.org, no later than Friday, November 21st, 2014, and should include the title, author’s name and author’s affiliation. The technical program committee will announce the selections to authors on or before December 17th, 2014
